Returns Policy

Return Period
Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if 30 days have elapsed since the delivery date.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Stelvirox
- Are in their original condition
- Show manufacturing defects
- Were incorrectly shipped (wrong item)
- Have quality issues
All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized laptop stands
- Products with signs of use or modification
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service at ask@stelvirox.com to initiate a return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item to our return center (address will be provided with RMA)
- Once received, we'll inspect the item
- You'll receive an email confirming receipt and refund status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
- For orders with multiple items, only defective items will be eligible for return
- Items must be returned to our specified return address, not the shipping origin address
